- Membership Sales Associate - $1,500.00 Sign-on Bonus
- From $16.50 per hour, plus commission and incentives.
Bliss Car Wash is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and experienced Sales Associate to guide our guests in choosing the right Monthly Unlimited Membership/Single Wash Packages for their vehicle.

Responsibilities:
- Great guests with a smile, and offer/sell Bliss Unlimited Memberships as well as Single Wash Packages.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, highly energetic, positive attitude, and goal-oriented.
- A self-motivated, sales-oriented individual.
- Provide excellent service to ensure the guest has a great experience.
- Maintain all work areas clean and organized.
- Enjoy working outdoors.
- Be a team player.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Some prior sales experience is needed.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment.
Knowledge:
- Must always maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Must have the capacity to take initiative when problems arise.
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of situations.
- Must have attention to detail.
Leadership Skills:
- Build great relationships with guests and co-workers through great communication and follow-through.
Work Schedule:
- Looking for FULL-TIME employees that have the ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
Language Skills:
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing & able to clearly communicate operational concerns to Management.
