Memory Care Director - Traditions of Deerfield

Memory Care Director Duties and Responsibilities:

To provide care and oversite of care of the residents residing in our Memory Care neighborhood.  Oversees the caregivers, Nurses and Activity Assistants who work in the Memory Care neighborhood. Communicate with families resident's needs. 

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio license-LPN or RN
