A Mental Health Clinician (LICSW or LMHC) is needed in Gardner, MA.

We are seeking a passionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join a highly regarded, mission-driven not-for-profit organization in Gardner, MA. This organization has been serving underinsured, uninsured, and low-income patients across Massachusetts for over 20 years, making a lasting impact on community health and well-being. Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $64,480 - $93,600 (based on experience)
• Health Insurance: Employer contributes 70%

Responsibilities:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements:

• Licensure: Current and active Massachusetts independent license as an LICSW or LMHC.
