Job Description: The Clinical Coordinator has responsibility for the day-to-day functioning of the outpatient treatment program, as well as providing direct services as necessary. Duties include supervising program staff and ensuring that services are provided according to best practice standards that promote client recovery. Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pmProgram: Mental Health Outpatient ProgramLocation: Allentown and Easton, PASalary: $60,000 /yearJob Duties:
Minimum Requirements:Education: Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline.Experience: Three years of post-degree employment experience in the behavioral health field, with one year of increasing supervisory responsibility.Licensure/Certification: Licensure and/or certification strongly requiredClearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal clearance, and fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list. Note: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and ExperienceCompensation Package: Chimes-Holcomb offers a generous benefits package to all employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Benefits are available on the first day of a new month after completing 30 days of employment. Health insurance, including a flexible spending account, medical, dental, and vision are included. Paid holidays in addition to earned paid time off, 403(B) with company match, and 1-year salary of life insurance are available as well. Some benefits are available to employees working between 25-29 hours per week. - Effectively implement program goals regarding service delivery
- Conduct regular program staff meetings to meet the administrative needs of the program
- Maintain adequate staffing to ensure efficient and quality services and the maintenance of program needs
- Maintain an effective work schedule to provide full program coverage and productivity
- Conduct annual performance evaluations and 90-day probationary evaluations
- Maintain program in full compliance with all applicable licensing standards, contractual requirements, and all agency policies
- Maintain documentation of program compliance with Performance Improvement indicators, census, and other utilization data
- Conduct continual evaluation of the program and develop strategies to implement performance improvement activities as indicated
- Develops formal proposals to meet developing and ongoing program needs
- Participate in agency committees
- Ensure that program service delivery and program operating costs are within budgeted parameters
- Obtain and submit time cards, billing forms, and all necessary clinical documentation from all staff on the established schedule
- Verify the accuracy of all payroll and billing documentation before submission
- Provide direct supervision to program staff, individually and group-based, regularly
- Provide backup supervisory support to other programs, as needed
- Provide direct service to clients as needed
