We are currently in search of an experienced Mental Health Therapist for our Frederick, MD location. The Mental Health Therapist at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and all its subsidiaries ("Kolmac" or the "Company") is responsible foroutpatient treatment teams in several areas of Maryland. Candidates must be licensed to provide services in Maryland. 

• Providing high quality clinical therapeutic services to adults with identified mental health and / or substance abuse diagnoses
• A strong awareness of and ability to use trauma oriented approaches to behavioral health treatment
• Ensuring services are provided with a client-centered and family-centered healing approach and. is delivered through goal specific interventions
• An ability and passion to work as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team
• Conduct initial interviews and provide a written assessment
• Provide the appropriate documentation for service delivery including treatment goals, progress notes and billing and submit said documentation as specified by Medicaid, Medicare and CARF standards
• Ensure compliance with governing agency and reporting requirements
• Participate in staff meetings, program clinical team meetings, therapy clinical supervision sessions and in-services as required. Understand and support the CCG philosophy and treatment modalities
• Ensure confidentiality regarding client records, treatment and client information
• Exhibit clear, professional, respectful and effective communication when interfacing with clients, coworkers, families and external contacts
• Ability to work independently and implementing time management and productivity strategies
• Exhibit a high degree of ethical conduct, integrity and confidentiality
• Stay current with updated research and best practices, particularly with a focus on modern trauma informed practices

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or clinically related field required
• Any of the following licenses are required:  LCPC, LCSW-C or LMFT. Must be independently licensed 
• Active and in good standing in the state of Maryland
• Must be experienced and proficient in using an electronic health record system
• Must have a strong understanding of trauma oriented approaches or the willingness to grow in this area

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $65 a hour to $70 a hour. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, licensure, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
