$70,000 at plan DOE

• Conduct intake sessions to evaluate and identify mental health needs of clients
• Provide tailored mental health services to individuals across different age groups, including children, teenagers, and adults, utilizing evidence-based approaches
• Accurately document client information to comply with regulations and policies
• Participate in monthly staff meetings and engage in case consultations to ensure effective collaboration and assistance
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 sessions per week, offering flexibility in work hours for those who prefer evening work
• Collaborate with internal practice staff and external professionals to improve client care and results
• Foster clear and efficient communication with both clients and colleagues
• Ensure timely submission of necessary paperwork

• Strong problem-solving abilities are a necessity for this role
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are vital
• A master's degree in the mental health field is a mandatory qualification
• Experience in outpatient therapy is highly valued
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices is crucial
• Availability to work evenings or weekends is essential
