Merchandise Planner - Home depot

**Job Title: Merchandise Planner****Position Purpose:** This position works with a Senior Merchant/Merchant to execute the merchandising strategy for their respective Class or Classes of business. The Merchandise Planner will assist their (Senior) Merchant in driving sales, optimizing inventory, and generating profit.**Responsibilities:**

Collaborate with the Senior Merchant to develop and implement merchandising strategies.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Assist in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.

Support promotional planning and execution to maximize sales.

Prepare reports and presentations for management review.

**Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in merchandising or retail planning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Excel and merchandising software.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
