Job Summary:
Sorts, prices, and prepares donated items for placement in the store.
Essential Functions:
- Inspects donated items for overall quality and determines disposition of items based on store manager's direction.
- Places items in appropriate locations for pricing and/or distribution.
- Prepares household items for the store according to the store quality and pricing standards.
- Uses pricing machine, adhesive price tags and tagging gun to price items in accordance with store standards and Store Manager's direction.
- Meets or exceeds goals and standards of production and quality.
- Accomplishes assigned cleaning routine.
- Assists in the training of workers and consumers in cooperation with the Workforce Development Department staff.
Additional Responsibilities:
- CARF: Ensure documentation and compliance with CARF standards.
- Safety: Maintain applicable safety standards, rules, and regulations in areas of responsibility.
- Outcome Driven: Uses strategic objectives to drive performance and improve Goodwill's value to the community.

- Carries out additional duties assigned by the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Key Holder.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in sales is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Able to stand for two hours at a time over a period spanning up to eight hours.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
