Microsoft Kubernetes Engineer - ECA Staffing Solutions, Inc

Position Overview: Microsoft Kubernetes engineer with cloud experience

Duties:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar certifications.
• Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with additional container orchestration platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift, Azure Kubernetes Service, or Amazon EKS.
• Knowledge of serverless computing technologies such as Azure Functions or AWS Lambda.

Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including virtual networks, subnets, and network security groups.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of security best practices for containerized environments and familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Required Experience:

• 5 years of experience working with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) in a production environment.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent enterprise experience
