Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
- Provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities.
- Activities include, but are not limited to, building and maintaining databases; monitor intelligence;assist with administration and management ofRFIs; produces metrics; provide cross-domaindata transfer and intelligence dissemination support, system-high to -low transfers between NSAnet, JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other U.S. and Allied / Partner systems.
- Provide administrative operations support to the Directorate of Intelligence to include being the primary person responsible for providing all administrative support to the J2-Cyber Operations(CO) and support to the Director of Intelligence, USCYBERCOM J21, primarily responsible for assisting and managing all USCYBERCOM J21taskers. To include, but not limited to, compiling, staffing, refining, and submitting completed taskers.
- Work closely with the USCYBERCOM J2 Front Office Staff through daily coordination and de-confliction to ensure all administrative responsibilities are understood and carried out as directed.
- Provide administrative support in coordinating and scheduling senior level video teleconference meetings, manage all J2-lead conferences (to include Town Halls, Off Sites, etc.), securing spaces for appropriate conference rooms (to include control and de-confliction of J2 “owned "conference rooms), and the dissemination of documents for executive daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
- Provides additional administrative support to Gov’t personnel by creating and maintaining Commandwide organization and staffing charts.
- Manages the ordering of supplies, coordination, and facilitation of monthly J2 Orientation for new employees to USCYBERCOM J2 and scheduling meetings.
- Produces Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives as assigned by the Gov’t.

- One of the following combinations of education/experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 3 years of related experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last (2) years
- High school diploma and 8 years of related experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last (2) years
- TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Poly; active TS/SCI with CI Poly preferred.
