Trembly Law Firm is looking for a talented and aggressive Mid-Level Litigation attorney to join its stellar Litigation Department as a strong advocate and ally for businesses and business owners, reporting directly to their assigned Litigation Team Leader.

The ideal candidate will:
- Be admitted to practice law in Florida.
- Be a litigator with a minimum of 3-5 years of civil or commercial litigation experience in Florida.
- Be a self-starter and independent thinker.
- Be a complex problem solver.
- Be able to handle and manage case assignments.
- Be able to implement strategy for cases.
- Be able to manage and maintain good client communication.
- Be a person that is responsible and holds themselves accountable.
- Have experience preparing for and conducting depositions, substantive hearings, and evidentiary hearings.
- Have significant motions practice experience.
- Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Have a desire and ability to help businesses and owners resolve disputes.
- Be dedicated to achieving excellent results.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude.
- Possess a high proficiency in Word and knowledge of Excel, computerized calendaring, and task management.
- Have familiarity with Apple products (iMacs and MacBooks).
- Be able to effectively manage multiple clients and matters.
- Possess strong writing skills.
- Possess strong oral advocacy skills.
- Have a clean record with respect to malpractice judgments or bar grievance determinations. Please note that a background check will be conducted, and references will be contacted.
Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications:
- Experience in business and commercial litigation, especially partnership disputes, derivative claims, commercial lease disputes, etc.
- Bench trial experience.
- Jury trial experience (first-chair or second-chair).
- Top 10% of graduating class from law school and/or member of Law Review.
