Our client is among the nation’s premier providers of transaction processing services and payment processing technologies and seeking to hire a Mid-Market Account Executives to target Mid-Market Clients. In this role, you will self-source leads, referrals and network to develop a territory.
Responsibilities:
- New Business development within the Mid-Market merchant channel
- Develop and implement sales strategies; support business growth
- Network, prospect and self-source leads/referrals, developing territory
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Manage clients at various stages of the sales cycle
- Meet and exceed sales goals/quotas
- Organize new clients in CRM
- Present to clients and attend trade shows
- Report sales funnel each month and ability to hit goal projections
Requirements:
- Degree required
- Min. 5+ years Mid-Market Sales experience within financial services, merchant sales
- Experience closing deals Mid-Market level a Min. ($30-50M+) to over $100M+ required
- Previous Mid-Market sales experience within solution sales
- Knowledge/Understanding of payments/financial services industry required
- Ability to cultivate bank relationships within a market
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and different stages of sales funnel
- Business acumen, documentation of sales success of overachieving goals
- Ability to sell to C-Level executives
- Strong negotiation, prospecting skills, excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to travel required
Offering:
- Base Salary $120,000 – $130,000+ (based on experience)
- Year 1 @ plan up to $250,000+ (based on experience)
- Ramp compensation incentive/ Guarantee 6 months
- Incentive paid on every deal – NO Cap
