About the Job
KeyLogic has an immediate need for a Mid-Level or Senior-Level Business Analyst, Communications in Morgantown, WV, Pittsburgh, PA or Remote.
The Business Analyst will join our team supporting our federal client, the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) in the areas of new initiatives, partnership and business support services. The Analyst will also provide high-impact technical and non-technical communication materials focused on integrating NETL's mission, while pushing for the development of materials that are strategic in nature. This position will support all NETL business groups including, but not limited to, Senior Executives, Project and Program Leads.
The ideal candidate will take initiative and has a willingness to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment with other members of our team and directly with the client.
Position Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university in Communications, Public Administration, or Business Administration
- Advanced degree, Masters or MBA is preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with SharePoint for website building and SharePoint Lists
- Experience with ArcGIS
- PowerAutomate experience preferred

- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience a plus, as well as identification and involvement in developing strategic business relationships.
- Ability to effectively interface with staff at all levels.
- Develop and conceptualizing technical graphics, designs, and templates for various communications products.
- Deliver project responsibilities within deadlines.
- Communicate with project team regularly and actively participate in team meetings, including delivering detailed notes or formal Summaries of Conclusions of principal-level meetings.
- Document progress, setbacks, and new processes.
- Research, write, and edit technical reports and other professional documents.
- Interact with various stakeholders and team members regularly.
- Read and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Willing and learn new concepts and skills.
- Research federal grant programs and maintain a database of funding opportunities and awards data.
- Perform ad hoc data analyses and visualizations on tight deadlines.
- Performs other related duties as required.
