Mirro Simulation Lab Summer Non-Clinical Intern at Parkview Health

The Summer Intern will learn all facets of medical simulation including operations (technical) and facilitation (education). Additionally, the candidate may also work with the 3D printing team.

 Specific projects included in this internship is mobile simulation in various Parkview facilities and EMS services. There may also be work at colleges in the area. Lastly, the candidate will likely work on 3D printing projects as well.Our previous interns have varied widely in areas of interest in healthcare.  A full-time 3D position could be always possible, after this internship is completed. A student intern with technical abilities and computer experience is a definite plus, but not mandatory.

 This is a full-time summer internship position. The regular hours are 0730 - 1600 but can vary somewhat - advanced notice will always be given.

Must be a current undergraduate college student or graduate college student. Specific educational focus or degree may be preferred depending on the hosting department of the internship. Specific license and/or certification may be preferred depending on the hosting department of the internship. GPA of 3.0 or above Submission of Cover Letter Resume and Letter of Recommendation. Other qualifications may vary by department of internship.
