About the Job
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician to join our team, primarily supporting our Smyrna and Marietta locations. As a B Technician, you’ll play an essential role in performing routine maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring our customers’ vehicles are safe, reliable, and running smoothly. This position provides the opportunity to work at two of our convenient locations, offering variety and the chance to work within a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire installations, fluid checks, and alignments.
- Assist in more complex repair jobs under the supervision of senior technicians when needed.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues and recommend preventive maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members to ensure the best customer experience.
- Document all services and repairs accurately for each vehicle serviced.
- Comply with all safety standards and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a B Technician or similar automotive role.
- Knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and familiarity with a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment for inspections and minor repairs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Basic communication skills for coordinating with service advisors and customers as needed.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work at both Smyrna and Marietta locations as required.
