Coke Florida is searching for a Modern Workplace Technology Specialist to work out of our Tampa HQ area office, working first shift, Mon-Fri from 8AM-5PM.
Coke Florida seeks to add a role to its Technology Operations team by employing a dynamic customer service focus professional as a Modern Workplace Technology Specialist.
The Modern Workplace Strategist will be the face of the hands-on support experience and lead a team of Digital Guides to create digital content across a wide array of platforms in order to educate and advance the technology proficiency and utilization across the enterprise. Additionally, the Modern Workplace strategist works with other members of the Technology team to track key influences and industry trends to ensure new features and services across our technology landscape are used to increase efficiency and productivity across the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide insightful and friendly technology advice and hands on support to a large group of Coke Florida senior leaders and associates at the corporate Headquarters facility.
- Diagnose and provide solutions to issues on the spot as well as provide long term technology solution strategies.
- Build trust and maintain relationships as a liaison between Technology, Senior Leadership and Coke Florida Associates.
- Lead and mentor team of Digital Guides that to deliver a consistent and hands on technical support experience for Coke Florida associates.
- Create knowledge capital and content to educate and advance digital technology usage across the enterprise using a wide array of media platforms including knowledge articles, streams, video, and AI.
- Service as technology advisor and implementation strategist as new features and services across the technology stack emerge and can increase the efficiency of systems and processes within the enterprise.
For this role, you will need:
- Highschool Diploma required
- Experience of 3-5 years in technology needed
- Awareness or interest with the following technologies:
- Audio Visual equipment within the office settings
- Web Conferencing setup and monitoring
- Mobile device support (Android and iOS)
- Microsoft Applications
- Active Directory
- Successful problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work within a diverse environment
- Passion for technology and customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
