Mortgage Disclosure Specialist at TEKsystems

Job Description:

The Disclosure Desk Specialist reviews and sends all applicable disclosures and redisclosures needed throughout the loan process, apart from closing disclosures. In addition, Disclosure Specialists are responsible for adhering to regulatory compliance requirements and for disclosure accuracy.

• Communicate with loan officers and their teams to accurately prepare disclosures.
• Monitor loans for potential TRID compliance violations.
• Operate in Lending Pad and various investor loan portals.
• On occasion, issue revised Loan Estimates and initial Closing Disclosures to customers.

Qualifications:

• TILA / Respa experience
• Experience reviewing and issuing disclosures to loan applicants (Initial application, CoCs, and initial Closing Disclosures).
• Knowledge of 0%, 10%, and unlimited variance categories and how they impact tolerance cures for good faith fee variance violations.
• Time management / ability to meet deadlines.
• Communication with team members (Outlook, Teams)
