NOW HIRING a mortgage loan processor/CLOSER :
The Mortgage Loan Processor/Closer will manage the end to end process of mortgage loan application, The role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with agency guidelines, preparing closing documents, and handling timely, accurate closings. As volume grows the position will go from the hybrid into a full-time processor or closer role.

What will I do?
- Mortgage Processor/Closer Responsibilities:
- Review and process mortgage loan applications, ensuring all documentation meets agency, GSEs, and company standards.
- Verify borrower information, including credit, income, assets, and property details.
- Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and title companies to gather necessary documentation and resolve any issues.
- Maintain a detailed and organized loan file throughout the process.
- Prepare and review closing documents, including the Closing Disclosure, to ensure accuracy and compliance with HUD guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and borrowers to schedule and conduct closings.
- Ensure all closing conditions are met before disbursing funds.
- Handle post-closing tasks, including recording and submitting files to HUD.
- Provide superior customer service
- Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of mortgage banking experience is prefered.
- Single Family mortgage lending experience is prefered.
- Experience and technical experience with Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (FHLMC), Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA), Federal Housing Administration (FHA), U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), or other equivalent mortgage products are required.
- Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation are required.
