Loan Servicing Specialist for a client in Waukesha, WI
This a contract opportunity with potential for extension or hire.
Duties include but aren’t limited to the following:Provide an exceptional level of quality Loan service for customers.
Accurate processing of loan account transactions.
Provide timely responses to lender and customer inquiries pertaining to loan payments, account balances, payoff requests and other loan servicing functions.
Adherence to all applicable regulations governing loan servicing and documentation; ensuring compliance of policies
Work in a team environment to effectively communicate & complete all escrow tasks to ensure accurate, timely property tax payments.
Participate in conducting group training on understanding the fundamentals of escrow analysis statements as required.
Oversee Loan Servicing Systems:Maintain & update new tax amounts after the annual disbursement of escrow analysis.
Maintain & upload customer property tax amounts.
Maintain & update property taxes.
Create, analyze and distribute reports for the Loan Servicing, Operations and Commercial Departments
Annually generate & maintain detailed procedures on escrow process.
Annually analyze and update escrow discrepancies.
Requirements:Minimum of 3 year of experience in Loan Servicing for Consumer, Mortgage and/or Commercial loans.
Balancing and reconciliation skills.
Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Excellent analytical skills; accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong software and technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel programs .
Strong working knowledge of regulations and bank policy and procedure
Ability to work independently and function effectively in a team environment.
