Job Title: ProLO Trainer
Location: Tustin, CA (Full-time In Office Position)
Summary: Seeking a highly motivated and well-spoken Mortgage Sales Trainer needed for our ProLO program (entry level Loan Officer training). This is also an excellent opportunity for a current Mortgage Loan Officer who is seeking career advancement. This individual is responsible for the development, facilitation and evaluation of training programs. The candidate must be able to assess training needs, design, develop and administer training programs. The desired candidate must be capable of acting with a high degree of independence, serving as the primary resource and mentor for training for all employees, with responsibility for developing knowledge and skill sets that lead to measurable performance increases.
Comp- starting at $80k DOE
Responsibilities:- Facilitates training sessions for the ProLO program (Mortgage fundamentals, Sales strategies, and general Loan Officer training)
- Recommends, develops, administers and evaluates training curriculum to assist our departments achieve stated goals and objectiv
- Evaluates, and has direct or indirect responsibility for, the impact of training programs on the efficiency, accuracy, productivity and/or profitability of our company and its employ
- Develops and executes needs assessments and testing procedures to identify training and development nee
- Researches outside training sources; consults with others business units within NAF as appropriate to identify current training programs and materials appropriate for our company.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must have at least 2 years of recent mortgage Loan Officer experience
- Prior mortgage sales training experience preferred
- Encompass loan origination system experience preferred
- Internal candidates must be in good standing within their current role
- Internal candidates must obtain manager approval for application submission
