This position offers competitive compensation, with experienced Moulder Operators earning up to $29.29 per hour when productivity and maintenance expectations are met
Openings are available for both push-through and pull-through pattern moulders, with straight knife operators earning up to $25.36 per hour.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Operate machines used in the manufacturing processes to produce component materials.
• Demonstrate proficiency with hand tools and calipers.
• Possess verifiable work history on wood moulders and tenoners.
• Adhere to safe work practices and prioritize safety in all tasks.
• Maintain dependability and reliability to ensure consistent quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to the job.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Availability for overtime, including weekends as needed.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check is required.
