Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Provide personalized insurance recommendations and support to clients, meeting their individual needs.
- Inbound Calls: Manage incoming calls, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Policy Management: Customize insurance plans to best fit clients' situations and deliver comprehensive coverage.
- Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for clients to expand their coverage and increase policy benefits.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Continuous Development: Stay informed about industry trends and updates to offer informed advice and service.
Requirements
- Licensing: Active Maryland Property & Casualty License & Active Maryland Life & Health License required.
- Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or related field is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
