• Accomplishes property goals by recruiting, training, and motivating a high-performing team.
• Leads community team with regular meetings, performance monitoring, and career development guidance.
• Assists with the preparation of the operating budget.
• Processes invoices on a weekly basis so there is timely payments to providers.
• Completes move out inspections and corresponding documentation to the move out. and deposit.
• Staying informed on community market conditions for strategic decision-making with regards to pricing, sales and property upkeep.
• Showcases available apartments and processes applications for prospective residents.
• Walks the property regularly to inspect for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Handles resident rent collections and delinquencies, late notices and posting rents.
• Consistently provides residents with the highest quality of service and support.
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or senior management as needed.

• Minimum of three years of property management experience (Required)
• Preferred experience leading two sites and more that 200 units
• Must have excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to organize and problem-solve
• Strong written and oral interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management, follow up, administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, organizes tasks, manage time, and prioritize projects.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm) some Saturdays may be required. 

Pay: $65,000 - $68,000

Property: Serena Vista and Hampton Court ( 168 units combined)
