NP - Primary Care Clinic Opportunity on GA/FL Line - Archbold Medical Center

• Office hours: Monday Friday; 8AM -5PM
• Diagnosis and treatment of specialty-specific patients for age groups: adolescents, adults, and geriatrics 
• Assessment and management of pain
• Outpatient/inpatient clinical responsibilities apply to specialty-specific patients for age groups: adolescents, adults, and geriatrics 
• Understands the importance of excellent customer service and teamwork
• Maintains complete, accurate, and legible documentation
• Assumes responsibility for professional development and ongoing education to maintain a high degree of proficiency
• Demonstrates a consistent level of performance and productivity 

Experience/Education:

• Graduate of appropriate baccalaureate and accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program
• Certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant licensed in the State of Georgia and current national certification
• At least one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant preferably in area of practice specialty
