About the Job
The Nursing Analyst Coordinator- Critical Care serves as data support and administrative support to various nursing leaders. The Nursing Analyst Coordinator- Critical Care also assists with dashboards as requested for quality metrics, patient satisfaction data, and patient flow data for the critical care division, or where needed. In addition, the position is responsible for aggregating and analyzing data based on requests from senior leadership, physicians, and nursing leaders. Supports the Corporate Director, Manager and Critical Care leadership team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings as requested by all nursing leaders, prepares, agendas, records minutes and attends meetings as requested. Serves as the administrator for Shift Select and assist with scheduling as needed. The Nursing Analyst Coordinator- Critical Care provides support for aspects of HR, Payroll and Education activities related to Patient Care Services. The person in this position works under general supervision, is responsible for various shifts, may be subject to over 40 hours per week and/or callback as required, and may also be required to remain on campus immediately before, during, and after severe weather and/or disasters.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma.
- Minimum of two years’ related experience serving as an assistant to leadership roles at the manager level or above
- Proficiency in Excel/Pivot Tables, Microsoft Word, Adobe, PowerPoint, and Lotus is required. Knowledge of general office equipment. Must demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
