Bon Appétit Food Programs Team supports Global Workplace Experience programs holistically: in-person and virtually, collaborating on enterprise-wide strategy and programs with operations. Bon Appétit provides SME in catering and foodservice and the related fields of food systems, retail innovations, communications, marketing, wellbeing, sustainability, events and hospitality and has primary responsibility for delivering against innovations and food culture KPIs for the account at Adobe.







Job Summary



We are searching for a Full-Time Nutrition Program Manager (Wellness Manager I) to coordinate nutrition and wellness at Adobe in several national locations. Oversees and performs Bon Appétit responsibilities as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) encompassing nutrition and wellness support for Adobe accounts. Responsible for implementation of corporate wellness programs, implementation of account-specific wellness programs, supporting quality assurance in areas of nutrition labeling, food allergies and special diets and participating in workplace experience engagement efforts. This includes coordination of services with senior leaders, clients, and guests.





Key Responsibilities:



+ Understand and actively execute Bon Appétit food philosophy and wellness programs including wellness commitments, opt-in wellness programming, and custom client-specific wellness solutions.


+ Support all assigned locations in meeting nutrition related regulatory requirements including federal menu labeling laws, local and state requirements for grab n’ go foods, and others as applicable.


+ Learn and maintain proficiency in using company nutrient analysis software tools.


+ Actively participate as member of the management team of assigned locations encompassing regional meetings, new account sales, account retention, communication regarding activities, new programs, and new account openings.


+ Serve as primary nutrition resource for assigned locations including establishing and growing relationships with internal teams, guest groups, and clients (both wellness and reporting clients).


+ Play an active role in educating operational teams on Bon Appétit wellness standards as well as protocols related to risk management of food allergies and special diets.


+ Conduct site visits for purpose of ensuring integrity of applicable wellness programming, client-specific nutritional requirements, on-site nutritional support, and on-site programming


+ Participate in investigation and/or planning corrective action when applicable. (e.g. a reported food allergen exposure).


+ In coordination with corporate wellness and senior leaders, plan and execute customized programming to address specific client needs when necessary. Works closely with onsite team for all customized programs.


+ Support nutritional needs including special dietary needs, menu issues, nutritional analysis, client requests, and referrals.


+ Increases presence and engagement in BA wellness and education programs for impact. Brings Adobe’s Global Wellbeing Strategy to life and drive employee engagement through the creation of a nutrition content strategy and production schedule, creating inclusive educational events and collaborations with global, regional and site partners, and developing Adobe-nutrition community across channels, including Adobe-nutrition.


+ Provide 1:1 nutrition coaching for U.S. Adobe employees - approximately 25 per month.


+ Conducts nutrition-related experiments and pilots as needed by Adobe, in collaboration with Food Program Manager.




Qualifications



+ Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required. Master's degree preferred.


+ Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in a college and/or business environments.


+ Must be willing to travel (25%)


+ Requires strong public speaking skills - ability to plan and deliver audience-appropriate presentations a must.


+ Ability to work at times with minimal supervision, accomplish tasks without direct instruction, and problem solving for the best solutions.


+ Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner Credential (IFNCP) preferred
