Are you the One? We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of facilities management experience. This Facilities / Engineering Operations Manager will have:

• a proven track record of successful Facilities experience as demonstrated by articulated results and accomplishments;
• proficient technical knowledge on: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, safety systems - including not limited to fire alarm systems, commercial kitchen equipment, elevators, intercom systems, architectural, landscape and energy management;
• Other technical proficiency in DDC and Pneumatic, temp control systems operations, water treatment, and BMS is a plus;
• exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills; and/or
• proficiency in work order management systems (Maximo) and Microsoft suite.

Additional Requirements/Information:

While the COVID-19 vaccination is not typically required by Sodexo, it is required for these specific cross-segment, mobile management positions.

Applicants must be able to drive, have a valid driver's license, and clean driving history.

The minimum commitment to our mobile management positions is nine (9) months. Upon completion of nine (9) months in your role, you will be allowed to post for other internal opportunities. Exemptions may be granted by the Team Director.

For this traveling position, the targeted salary range is $75,000 - $90,000 depending on your experience and qualifications.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years   

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
