SUMMARY
Development of Tennis and Pickleball for direct distribution by PEI to multiple channels of distributions, in multiple brands. Channels include Wal-Mart, all Mass Merchants, Wholesale Clubs, Sporting Goods, Retailers, Specialty Stores, Department Stores, Discount, and E-Commerce.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for sales including new and existing customer development
- Interface with Direct to Consumer management and team to created seamless experience between wholesale and digital
- Partner with Design and Merchandising to the sports brand vision and direction/positioning
- Collaborate with all inbound brand licensors on existing contracts and develop new opportunities for the brand
- Need to understand the various Tennis and Pickleball distributions – Mass Merchants, Wholesale Clubs, Sporting Goods, Off Course Tennis and Pickleball Retailers, Specialty Stores, Department Stores, Discount and E-Commerce
- Collaborate with all to represent the brand at all sports related events
- Collaborate with CEO and Marketing abd Strategy to ensure media plan reflects the DNA of the brand
SKILLS
- Proven track record of sales and product knowledge in the sports/tennis/pickleball industry
- Results driven with strong sales and profit analysis skills
- Must possess excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Google Apps (Email, Docs, Sheets).
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Detailed oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Travel is required
- Required to travel to all sports shows and represent the brand
REQUIREMENTS
- 4 year college degree
- Minimum of 5 years proven track record working with Tennis and Pickleball/Sports sales
