One of our clients, a high-complexity toxicology lab, is seeking a National Sales Representative to join their team. The position is full-time with a great compensation package.
Preferred candidates will be based in MN, MI, OH, MD, or AZ, but other locations may be considered based on business potential. The role involves local travel as needed to generate new business.
Contract Type: Full-Time Direct Hire (W2)
Salary: $70.000-120.0000/yr, and Year 1 Incentive Pay up to $100,000, based on individual and company performance.

Job Description:
The National Sales Representative will be responsible for developing a strong customer base and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. Working closely with the CEO, the individual will implement and refine sales strategies, maintain existing client relationships, and establish relationships with new customers. This role requires a motivated, results-driven individual with a strong background in sales, preferably within the medical field, particularly in Pain Management and Substance Use Recovery.
Responsibilities & duties:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives
- Maintain and grow an existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities
- Lead individual sales efforts, guiding prospects through the sales process
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Complete agreements and contracts with clients
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
