InterMetro Industries is seeking a National Strategic Accounts Manager. The National Strategic Accounts Manager will meet the company’s corporate objectives by developing and executing the departmental sales plan focused on key accounts, by providing application specific solutions. Deliver on annual sales and margin goals while providing vision and direction for growth with departmental staff and Sales personnel. The territory for this role is the Southeast.As such, the preferred candidate will reside in the Southeast.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops executive annual tactical sales plans for each key chainaccount.
- Develops and maintains corporate relationships with key chain accounts,resulting in achieving annual sales and margin goals.
- Conducts Storage Optimization assessments with key chain accountsresulting in the development and sales of new application-basedsolutions.
- Prepares and presents assessment reports and quotes for key chainaccounts.
- Identifies additional chain accounts to target and penetrate
- Conducts regular business reviews with all key chain accounts.
- Prepares sales/marketing/support materials and trains key chain accountstaff, dealers and rep personnel.
- Assembles product and attends Trade Shows/Conventions as required.
- Provides clear communication to sales and operations staff in regard tokey account issues, spikes, market trends and competitive activity.
- Assists in planning, monitoring, and/or managing budget in functionalarea of department.
- Possesses knowledge and understanding of the Code of BusinessEthics. Contributes to a workplace environment that is conducive tothe maintenance of the Code. Remain alert and sensitive tosituations that could result in actions by an employee that areillegal, unethical, in violation of the Code or the policies andprocedures that support the Code. Reports actual or perceived violations of the Code or Company policies and procedures forappropriate action.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years experience in Sales
- Bachelor's Degree a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force to move objects.
- The ability and willingness to travel overnight as needed.
