About the Job
Required Skills:
- A&N Consultant proficient in installation, configuration, and maintenance of Software AG Adabas & Natural suite of products in the z/OS environment.
- Experience must include:Ability to install, configure and maintain A&N system software in an operating environment.
- Isolate and resolve technical issues that arise.
- Present technical topics and answer customer questions related to the software.
- Serve as liaison between customer staff and Software AG Global Support / R&D.
- Optimize performance of the A&N solution through configuration and settings.
- Have a thorough understanding of the operating system and communicates fluently with system administrators / system programmers.
- Installation and configuration of Software AG Adabas & Natural Suite
- The Software AG customer is looking for an experienced consultant to upgrade the products from software versions last upgraded around 2010 to the latest or agreed upon released versions.
- Ability to work independently and liase with other administrators
