About the Job
Childrens Wisconsin (CW) and the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) in partnership with Bellin Health seek (4) Neonatology board certified / board eligible physicians to join our expanding Community Neonatology practice to Bellin Health System's NICU in Green Bay, WI. Rank upon appointment will be commensurate with experience.
- We are comprised of nationally and internationally renowned, dedicated group of faculty and staff with a strong commitment to patient care and academic neonatology.
- The positions in Green Bay will be to cover a level III NICU and high- risk labor and delivery service at Bellin Hospital, in their new state of the art family integrated 15-bed NICU.
- The NICU is staffed 24/7 by Neonatal Nurse practitioners and will integrate transport system from smaller hospitals and a follow up clinic.
- Our division currently has 25 neonatologists practicing in one Level IV NICU in Milwaukee and one Level III NICU located in the city of Neenah in the Fox Valley Region of Northeast Wisconsin.

Children's Wisconsin is the state's only independent health care system dedicated solely to the health and well-being of children. With more than 1.3 million annual connections with kids and families statewide, Children's provides a wide range of care and support - everything from routine care to lifesaving advances and treatment options, foster care and adoption services, child advocacy, and provides an insurance plan.
Children's and its joint venture with the Medical College of Wisconsin - the Children's Specialty Group (CSG) - are the largest providers of pediatric healthcare in the state, serving the children and families of Wisconsin with the highest level of care through their American College of Surgeons Level I Children's Surgery Verification Center, Level I Pediatric Trauma Center, Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence, 72-bed Level IV NICU, Level IV Epilepsy Center, and a 72-bed PICU. In 2021-2022, CW and CSG had six specialties ranked byUS News & World Report: cancer; cardiology and heart surgery; gastroenterology and GI surgery; neurology and neurosurgery; orthopedics; and pulmonology. With over 70 specialties and 675 providers, CSG providers had 220,000 outpatient visits at 13 regional care sites, 67,000 emergency department/trauma center visits, and over 9,000 admissions.
