We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must have Strong knowledge and experience in handling wireless networks.
- Conduct proactive analysis to identify areas of improvement
- Supply SME-level troubleshooting and issue resolution support
- Standardize configuration of the network devices
- Coordinate with OEM/3rd party for connectivity and infrastructure issues as needed
- Plan, schedule, and implement network device software/ hardware upgrades and migrations
- Cloud network traffic manager profile management
- Cloud network, gateway (Vnet, site-site VPN, point-site VPN, express route) subnet and public IP management
- IP reservations for internal and external
- Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot a global ACI environment
- Good knowledge and Hands on experience in configuring Cisco ACI Cisco switches Cisco routers Cisco Meraki SDWAN devices and Cisco WLCAPs
- Maintain a zero-down ISE infrastructure with expert troubleshooting skills
- Implement advanced log analysis and correlation (like Splunk) to proactively identify and address network issues
- Manage, design, and troubleshoot the Infoblox DDI environment with advanced expertise
- Configure and manage load balancers
- Understanding and certifications for authentication protocols, TACACS+, Radius
- Experience in integrating Cisco Meraki with existing infrastructure.
- Experience in Cisco Switching, Routing and Wireless technology
- Experience in Cisco ASA, Cisco Meraki Firewall, IPSEC VPN and other similar technologies.
- Must have experience in preparing HLD and LLD architectural diagram for network
- Experience in preparing detailed Project plan for implementation.
- Troubleshoot complex customer network issues (LAN & WAN) and provide corrective actions to restore the customer services
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex WAN issues in coordination with carriers & suppliers
- Responsible for improving performance for the customer network, devices and services
- Hands on experience in Solarwinds monitoring tool - NPM, NCM and NTA.
- Experience in Azure Networking
- Must have Strong Knowledge and understanding of Change management and Problem management.
- Experience in ITSM tool -ServiceNow
- ITAR and security tasks
