Network Analyst at TEKsystems

Description:

Seeking a qualified Network Analyst/Technician for global organization. Qualified candidates will have a CCNA, experience troubleshooting routers/switches etc. You will be a part of the team that is the hands and feet portion of the network team and is boots on the ground in the plant.

This is a 6 month contract to hire position and this individual will be expected to be on-site in the Spartanburg area.

Daily Tasks:

Replacing hardware as needed, troubleshooting issues with switches and access points, working within the ticket system - resolving assigned tickets, daily moves adds and changes, documentation, troubleshooting wireless issues and TP/IP incidents, end of life refreshes, and some installations.

Technologies used: Cisco, AirMagnet spectrum analysis, NetScout, Wireshark, Visio, Nexus 5K switches, Aruba, Fortinet, ServiceNow (ticketing), General office 365 apps.

Schedule

Initial Training Schedule: M-F, 8am to 5pm. Once out of training the candidate will move to four tens. 1st or 2nd shift, but most likely 2nd (M,T,F,S 4am-2pm).
