We are looking for a Network Engineer with a CCNA or CCNP and expertise in SD-WAN. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting sites to SD-WAN, optimizing SD-WAN configurations, and developing and implementing monitoring tools. Additionally, they will create dashboards to display key network performance metrics, set thresholds, and manage alerting and incident correlation. The candidate must also have a deep understanding of routing protocols and at least 5 years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Convert sites to SD-WAN and optimize SD-WAN configurations for peak performance.
- Develop and implement monitoring tools to track and analyze network performance.
- Create dashboards to visualize key network performance metrics.
- Set thresholds and manage alerting and incident correlation to ensure network reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network integration and operation.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in network management and security.
- Certified Cisco Network Engineer (CCNA-required, CCNP a plus, or equivalent certification).
- Proven experience with SD-WAN technology and configurations.
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols and network monitoring tools.
- At least 5 years of experience in network engineering.
- Experience in developing and implementing monitoring tools and dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Associate's Degree or BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree preferred
