Salary
This position pays an average of $27.14+ depending on experience.
Description of Role
SRI Telecom is seeking a highly motivated Network Operations Center Coordinator with relevant Voice Products experience to contribute to all areas of expertise with various cross functional project teams.This role focuses on providing activation support and resolving operational issues for Advanced Voice Products, including Business Voice-Edge (BVE), PRI, and SIP Trunks. The specialist ensures compliance with industry and company standards, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- You will manage approximately 15 trouble tickets daily and coordinate the fix.
- Assist field technicians and business partners with the proper information and location of the trouble.
- Document all necessary information to customer tools (Excel, Salesforce, Proprietary Software).
- Troubleshoot using customer tools (same as above).
- Validate billing system info, certify fix and certify power levels are within spec.
- Participate in daily kick off and triage calls with greater teams.
- Update all project trackers and project data daily.
- Provide remote support to onsite technicians.
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone to in-house and external customers.
- Maintain repair and maintenance logs.
- Document processes as established.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to work with little to no supervision.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and basic understanding of broadband ISP/OSP networks.
- Must have impeccable attention to all details and be able to document accordingly.
- Solid skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required, with ability to become proficient in other software.
- Demonstrate Customer service orientation with a strong and creative problem-solving approach.
- Team player with a high-energy level and diligent work ethic.
- Ability to meet or exceed deadlines with strong follow-through.
- Ability to organize and prioritize activities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality of extremely sensitive data, records, files, conversations, etc.
