Enjoy Consistent Remote Shifts:

• 4-8 hour shifts within our operating hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm, and Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
• Competitive hourly rate dependent on your experience and qualifications, with yearly bonuses available.

As a valued member of our team, you’ll:

• Serve as the first point of contact for new patients, providing exceptional service over the phone.
• Schedule new patient appointments and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
• Educate patients on clinic policies, procedures, and services offered, helping them feel confident and supported.
• Collaborate remotely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Ensure insurance information is verified and documented before patient visits.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Athena Health EMR is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in Family Medicine, primary care, or similar healthcare settings is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with patients in Spanish is an asset but not required.
