As an academic medical center, our NICU team contributes to research and learning through participation in multi-center collaboratives, frequent drills with high-fidelity simulation equipment on the unit, and staff-led councils. Ours is a culture that encourages questions, applauds teamwork, and believes the family is the center of the plan for all the care we provide.
