**Job Title: Night Auditor**

**Job Summary:**
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for managing the front desk during the night shift, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. You will play a crucial role in reconciling the day’s transactions, preparing reports, and addressing guest inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions.
- Balance and maintain accurate accounts for all guest charges.
- Prepare and distribute daily financial reports for management.
- Provide excellent service to guests at the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
- Address any guest issues or concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain security protocols during the night shift.
- Assist with other hotel duties as required.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or accounting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
