Top 5 Must Haves: Willingness to work 2nd shift (3pm-1am) 4 days a week, Customer service/customer facing experience, some NOC/troubleshooting experience, proactive/self-sufficient (ability to complete tasks with little direction) Job Summary: The Voice NOC Technician will monitor and maintain our voice network operations, ensuring optimal performance and swift resolution of issues. This role is critical in supporting our clients and ensuring the reliability of voice services. Key Responsibilities: Monitor voice network performance and troubleshoot issues in real-time. Respond to alerts and incidents related to voice services and escalate as necessary. Perform routine maintenance and updates on voice systems and infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network changes and enhancements. Document and track issues, resolutions, and network changes in the ticketing system. Conduct regular health checks and audits of voice systems. Assist in the configuration and provisioning of voice equipment. Provide support and training to junior team members as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1+ years of experience in a NOC environment, with a focus on voice technologies (VoIP, SIP, PBX). Familiarity with network monitoring tools and protocols (e.g., SNMP, ICMP). Understanding of voice technologies and related systems (e.g., Cisco, Avaya, Meta Switches).
