The Nuclear ESNS In-processing Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and executing the ESNS in-processing program. This program must meet all ESNS and our clients In-processing requirements. This person will work closely with each ESNS site office managers in preparing and executing the in-processing of between 400 and 800 ESNS employees during the online, pre-outage, and outage timeframe, in support of each site within their assigned fleet. This person will have overall responsibility for the successful completion of each In-processing campaign. This position will support between 3 and 4 in-processing campaigns per year.
Goals:
The immediate goals for this position will be as follows:
The position will be fulltime in North Carolina supporting all staff and craft in-processing. Minimal travel may be required to sites within the fleet.

Goals:
The immediate goals for this position will be as follows:
- Support and improve upon the current in-processing program to support nuclear power generating sites in-processing efficiency and execution.
- Manage and execute the in-processing program starting the Spring of 2025.
- Eliminate delays in in-processing such that required manpower is delivered to the ESNS Site Team to support all scheduled work.
- Reduce average in-processing costs by 20% from the immediately preceding outage for each station.

Requirements:
The position requires the following:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage conflict with both our client and ESNS management and personnel.
- Ability to create a process to more efficiently in-process personnel.
- Ability to organize and manage a large number of personnel being in-processed including required over site personnel.
- Solid knowledge of the NRC requirements for in-processing personnel at Nuclear Plants
Technical Skills:
- The training area is one of constant change. This individual must be able to react positively to these developments and provide leadership to include new developments in training targeted to both new and existing employees
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Thorough understanding of all federal, state and local regulations; must have extensive knowledge of Corporate Safety Policy
- Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, and standards
- Proficient knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and database applications
Behavioral Skills:
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and all levels of management
- Extensive interaction with field staff requires strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to make decisions and recommendations which can greatly impact corporate relationship with customer and project profitability

Physical Requirements:
- May work in an office environment with extensive time spent in all areas of project or site
- Positions could result in the exposer to hazardous materials; may require the use of protective gear/clothing
- Ability to physically climb stairs, stand for extended periods of time, and traverse the training facility/site in support of job duties.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, or no greater than 25% of personal body weight in place.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to type on a keyboard
- Ability to converse over a telephone
- Ability to communicate with email, text, or other provided methods of communication.
Education: Associates degree required; equivalent experience considered at the discretion of ESNS management

Special Requirements:
- Must be able to be badged at U.S. commercial nuclear and non-nuclear power plants
