Join community health group in North Georgia (one hour from Atlanta Metro). FQHC full-service community health. The clinic has a team of 8 providers and growing.  Opportunity to teach medical students. 
Act as a "Lead" FNP.  Outpatient clinic (M-F), no evenings, no weekends. Support a diverse multi-cultural patient panel.  Assesses patient with history taking physical examination and diagnosis of health development problems.  See patients of all ages for preventative and chronic care management.  Provide community outreach activities by educational and/or screening sessions. eClinical EMR.
Bilingual (Spanish) proficient a plus

Requirements:
BC-Family Medicine
Minimum of 1 year experience
GA license, or eligible
