A Nurse Practitioner (NP) is needed in Falls Church, VA.

Salary and Benefits:

• The pay range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000+ (depending on experience)
• Production Bonus: Can make up to $170,000 to $190,000
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Relocation Assistance Is Available

• Dental and Vision Insurance is paid 100% by the employer
• Retirement Package: 401(K) – 3% Match
• Paid Time Off – 3 Weeks First Year
• Sick Time: 40 Hours A Year

• Continuing Medical Education (CME): 2 Days and Allowance Approved

Responsibilities:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Patients Per Day: 15 to 20 on average
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EClinicalWorks
• Provide full-spectrum family care, including preventative care, acute care, and chronic condition management
• Collaborate with a supportive care team to implement patient care plans

Requirements:

• Clear and active NP license in the State of Virginia
• 3 Years of Experience Required
• Women’s Health Experience Required (IUD Placement, Pelvic Exams, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
