Atlantic Health System is Seeking a Nurse Practioner for a Part-Time Position at Family Health Center at Union (Geriatric and Home Care)

Atlantic Health System, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is currently seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join the Family Health Center at Union, affiliated with Overlook Medical Center. The Nurse Practitioner will see geriatric patients in their homes as well as assisted living facilities in the Union County area. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the geriatric community. 

The Nurse Practitioner will be supported by physicians and resident physicians in a well-established practice. This position is part-time, working 3 days a week, 4 hours a day. There is no weekend requirement, or call duties. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a nurse practitioner in internal medicine/geriatric medicine and have a passion for caring for the geriatric population.
