JOB REQUIREMENTS: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Inpatient and
Outpatient Plastic Surgery - 35582 Work Schedule : 100% FTE, Monday -
Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No holidays or call. Be
part of something remarkable As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll
play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by
providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. We are seeking
a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to: * Provide care to adult
and pediatric plastic surgery patients in an inpatient (80%) and
outpatient (20%) setting. * Perform pressure ulcer clinic visits in
conjunction with Plastic Surgeon. * Provide comprehensive care to
patients admitted to the Plastic Surgery Service. * Work
collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to provide
consistent high-quality care to our patients. * Participate in daily
rounding and collaborate with attending physician and residents in order
to adjust plans of care. *Active license or eligibility to obtain
active licensure in state of practice. This may include licensing in

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education : Minimum - If Nurse
Practitioner: Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing
Program. If Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Master's degree from
accredited PA Program. Licenses and Certifications : Minimum - State of
Wisconsin NP or PA licensure If Nurse Practitioner*: * Active RN and
APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in
state(s) of practice AND * Active board certification as a NP in area
of clinical practice. These may include the following: Adult/Gero Acute
Care, Adult/Gero Primary Care, or Family (Inpatient RN experience or
Inpatient NP experience required) If Physician Assistant*: * Active PA
license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
* Active PA board certification All Nurse Practitioner and Physician
