Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care- Hyde Park, NY - Nuvance Health

Affiliated with Vassar Brothers Medical Center, We are seeking board certified/eligible Nurse Practitioner to join busy and growing primary care practices in Hyde Park, NY in the beautiful Mid-Hudson Valley region of New York State. Our employed outpatient practices utilize our hospitalist programs for in-patient admissions. Our clinicians work in a respectful and collegial environment with excellent work life balance. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join an established and thriving practice, conveniently located between Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie and Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck. Hyde Park, home of the Franklin D. Roosevelt estate and Presidential Library, offers a small town setting with a rich historical heritage.
