The Opportunity:
We are seeking Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants) to join our dynamic teams in primary care, psychiatric services, and aesthetic wellness. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in providing comprehensive, patient-centered care that improves the health and well-being of individuals and communities.
What You’ll D
As an Advanced Practice Provider at Altheda, you’ll:
- Evaluate and treat acute injuries, illnesses, and chronic conditions through comprehensive exams, treatment plans, and follow-ups.
- Educate patients on preventive care, medical issues, and prescribed treatments, ensuring they understand how to manage their health effectively.
- Perform diagnostic tests and screening evaluations to identify health concerns early.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including supervising physicians, to create comprehensive care plans that address each patient’s unique needs.
- Refer patients to specialized health resources when necessary for further diagnosis or treatment.
- Ensure all medical care aligns with regulatory standards, professional guidelines, and Altheda’s commitment to clinical excellence.
- Actively engage patients and their families as partners in developing, reviewing, and adjusting care plans to meet their health goals.
Requirements:
- Current Pennsylvania State License and DEA certification.
- A passion for patient education and holistic care.
