A leader in the chemical treatment field is seeking a Nurse Practitioner.
Type: HC-Full-Time/Perm
Location: Queens, NY
Requirements:
• Must be licensed in the State of New York and hold a current registration certificate
• Current DEA registration
• Narcotic Education Attestation Certificate
• Infection Control certification.
• Certification in CPR.
• NPI Number and Medicaid Number (must be linked and active)
(Note: Responsible for renewal of all the above and presenting the original copies to the Human Resource Department)
• M.D. or D.O. Degree from approved medical school
• Post graduate training from approved residency and professional medical experience with direct patient contact.
• Must be computer literate.
• Electronic Medical Records (ECR) experience preferred.
