Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Adult Medicine - Seasoned Recruitment

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our adult medicine team. Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

- Prescribe medications and other treatment modalities as appropriate

- Educate patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention

- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary

- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and community resources

- Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Requirements:

- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of practice

- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in adult medicine

- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

- Commitment to providing compassionate and evidence-based care

- Experience in adult medicine preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
