Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Family Medicine Opportunity - Trinity Health

Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care Lakes Village Team located in Norton Shores, Michigan.

• Must be able to see all ages, newborn to geriatrics
• Great office environment with integrated staff and established Providers
• Office currently has a team of 4 Physicians and 2 APPs
• Schedule with be 4/10s with 1 day off
• No call requirement for APPs
• Opportunity to see mixed patient panel
• Primary Care office is in a beautiful medical center that also offers Urogynecology, OB/GYN, Lab, Pharmacy, Rehabilitation, and Breast Center

Qualifications:

• Experience required
• APPs must be board certified in their specialty prior to employment
• State of Michigan license required at time of employment
• DEA license
• ACLS & BLS certified
